Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base within your designated territory.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, lead generation, and networking activities.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Present our comprehensive range of products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of the laser cutting industry and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
