Job Title: Creative Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and operations-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Creative Studio Manager. As the central point of contact within the studio, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our creative studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Traffic Management: Coordinate and manage the flow of projects through the studio, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of all studio activities, from internal meetings to client deadlines, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Freelance Bookings: Manage the hiring and scheduling of freelancers, ensuring the right talent is brought in at the right time for each project.
  • Recruitment: Take charge of recruitment for the studio team, helping them to bring in top-tier talent that aligns with our agency's values and goals.
  • Team Glue: Foster a collaborative environment and ensure seamless communication across all teams.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in operations, ideally within a creative or studio environment.
  • Proven experience in traffic management, scheduling, and handling freelance bookings.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
