We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Studio Manager to join our team at The Music Market/Arts and Media Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a critically acclaimed creative visionary and become an integral part of their high-end creative studio.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring seamless coordination of shoots, client meetings, and project logistics.
- Provide administrative support to the creative director, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
- Coordinate with high-profile clients and collaborators, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring timely communication.
- Oversee the studio's organizational systems, including production planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Facilitate the creative director's projects, from concept development to project delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
- Proven experience working in an administrative/operational/support capacity for a senior figure or company, preferably in the film and photography industry.
- Substantial experience running a client's personal life and organizing every aspect of their business, including studio operations.
- High level working knowledge of Adobe Suite and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Discretion, resourcefulness, and a passion for the creative industries.
