Role Summary:
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flight operations of our corporate aircraft by offering scheduling and dispatch services. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional and personalized service is essential for this position.
As our organization continues to expand its global travel needs for senior executives, we are looking to enhance our Corporate Aircraft Dispatch and Scheduling team with a Flight Operations Specialist based in Europe. This addition will enable us to provide improved 24/7 support for our flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with senior executives to facilitate the scheduling and coordination of travel requests.
- Provide comprehensive logistical support, ensuring meticulous trip planning and flight monitoring as directed by the Executive Travel Manager.
- Oversee the scheduling of aircrew and aircraft for upcoming journeys.
- Prepare necessary documentation for aircrew and passenger travel, ensuring adherence to all customs and immigration regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of all trips, including aircraft and crew information and statistics.
- Assess risk factors in collaboration with flight crew, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal safety.
- Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating exceptional judgment in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced with aviation scheduling software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with senior management and making swift, informed decisions.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Aviation Management.
- FAA dispatcher license or equivalent experience as a Flight Coordinator is mandatory.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate aviation flight operations is preferred.
- Aviation-focused individual seeking long-term career opportunities in FAA part 91 flight scheduling.
