European Travel Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled European Travel Specialist to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a European Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for creating memorable journeys to Europe for our clients, from initial contact to building itineraries and confirming travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and tailor-make each trip to meet the clients' requirements, booking products such as hotels, flights, car hire, cruises, tours, and day trips.
  • Utilize your expertise in the luxury travel industry to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of service and expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior luxury travel sales specialist, with a strong focus on European travel.
  • Excellent knowledge of the luxury travel industry, including hotels, flights, car hire, cruises, tours, and day trips.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, with the option to work from home.
