About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Admin to join our team at RRG Stockport, the leading Toyota Centre in the North. As a highly organised administrator, you will provide support to the retail sales team, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the sales department to process customers' vehicle orders
  • Processing vehicle orders, taxing new and used vehicles, and supporting Retail Managers with finance paperwork and order tracking details
  • Ordering new vehicles, managing a heavy workload, and prioritising work schedules
  • Bringing new and used cars onto stock, invoicing, and raising requisitions for purchases
  • Liaising between customers and our in-house departments to ensure vehicles are ordered to customer requirements

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with previous administration experience, excellent communication skills, and a high attention to detail. You will be able to work independently or as part of a team, engaging with other members of the dealership to provide a smooth and efficient service for our customers.
