About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, ensuring the smooth operation of care services
  • Supporting with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping
  • Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsible for all shift handovers
  • Helping with training and supervision of new staff members
  • Building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams
  • Assisting residents with personal care duties
