Brand and Marketing Manager

At Manor Royal Business District, we're seeking a talented Brand and Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand initiatives and campaigns. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and other departments to develop compelling communications and implement innovative campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced creative and dynamic marketeer to contribute significantly to the development of one of Britain's most beloved brands. You'll be responsible for managing brand ATL campaigns with multi-million pound budgets, from brief to PCA, and have a proven track record of managing creative and media agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic brand initiatives and campaigns that appeal to consumers
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and other teams to develop compelling communications
  • Manage creative partners (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work
  • Collaborate with various teams internally to establish connections among individuals, projects, and partners
  • Manage large projects that support commercial needs with clear planning, activation, and evaluation

Requirements:

  • Extensive marketing experience in top-tier brands (client or agency side)
  • Significant experience in managing brand ATL campaigns with multi-million pound budgets
  • Proven track record of management of creative and media agencies
  • Strong well-rounded creative skills, from briefing work to evaluation against briefs
  • Able to analyse data to build clear and concise reports and turn insight into action
