About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and overseeing our cutting-edge IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including operating systems, network and security, applications, servers, email systems, hardware and software.
  • Support, install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, TCP/IP and Cisco Switches and Routers.
  • Patch management, software management and automation using SCCM.
  • Implement, design, support and maintain the infrastructure for office applications and services across on-premises and cloud environments.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Servers, including expertise in PowerShell.
  • Excellent knowledge of Network and Security protocols (CCNA a bonus), VM-Ware, Linux, Office 365 and SQL.
  • Proven experience of working as a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer.
  • SharePoint online intranet and understanding of administration.
  • PowerShell Scripting.
  • Good knowledge of Security and Networks (routing, switching, VPN, TCP/IP, firewalls etc).
