Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our digital transformation and ensure the seamless operation of our technological processes. As the IT Manager, you will oversee the company's IT infrastructure, manage the IT team, and lead the strategic planning and implementation of all IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Infrastructure Management: Manage and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data storage systems.
  2. Security and Integrity: Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and IT systems.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
  4. IT Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. IT Support Services: Oversee IT support services, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the timely resolution of IT problems.
  6. IT Project Management: Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  7. Technological Advancements: Stay current with technological trends and advancements, recommending improvements to the IT infrastructure as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as an IT Manager.
  2. IT Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
  3. Technical Skills: Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and system maintenance.
  4. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  5. Cybersecurity: Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
  6. Software Development: Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
