Key Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional support to customers and internal teams to ensure any Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on accounts are met.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date account data, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
