We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Department Manager to join our team at Ocado Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the performance of a designated department within our warehouse, ensuring all targets are met without loss in performance to the business.

As an Area Manager, you will lead the daily running of site operations, with responsibilities relating to all aspects of site safety and quality of service. You will also be responsible for delivering operational targets within the agreed budget and time frame.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth. You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
