We are a leading technology company that is revolutionizing the way people shop for groceries. As a Warehouse Department Manager at Ocado Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs).

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Department Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of a designated department within the warehouse. This includes:

  • Ensuring all targets are met without loss in performance to the business
  • Leading the daily running of site operations
  • Delivering operational targets within the agreed budget and time frame
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager and deputising in their absence
  • Handling all aspects of employee management, including probation periods, absence management, and performance management

About You

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic individual who can shape and drive a world-class employee experience and environment. You will have a passion for dealing with people, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a focus on achieving employee satisfaction. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is essential.
