Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Accurately record and maintain customer information and interactions in our centralized database, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Deliver first-class customer service, maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor, and consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer-facing role is highly advantageous, demonstrating your ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and have no CCJ's that have defaulted, ensuring you meet our company's requirements and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
