About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar & Brasserie. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs to prepare and present dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients, including seasonal specials and promotions.
  • Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu ideas and concepts, working closely with the culinary team to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your culinary skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques, including pastry and sauce preparation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
