Territory Sales Manager – Capital Equipment - Healthcare Sector

Our client, a leading international MedTech company, is seeking a talented commercially focused and technically minded Territory Sales Manager to join their team at CHASE. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of clinical bed, stretcher, pressure care surfaces, and service offerings within the hospital and residential care settings.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and winning new business, with experience in medical capital sales and a demonstrated ability to map and manage complex stakeholders to influence decision making. They will be energetic, innovative, and have high accountability, with a passion for finding solutions for customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing an effective territory sales strategy to maintain existing business and develop new sales opportunities within clinical areas for hospital partners
  • Being accountable and owning their business, thinking innovatively and finding solutions to meet the needs/challenges of customers
  • Being relentless in their approach to closing and winning new business
  • Showing how they manage and close complex capital opportunities by excelling in stakeholder mapping, action planning, and business development with specific examples of how they have managed tender, rental, and total managed services contracts
  • Exceling at building strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the healthcare sector, including manual handling, tissue viability, medical engineers, finance, procurement, and other clinical specialists
  • Conducting product demonstrations and training for clinical staff

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to create and execute innovative sales strategies that have helped secure new business opportunities. They will be results-focused, with a high level of accountability and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, but an excellent bonus benefits package will also be offered.
