About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Sales Administrator to support our busy vans business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales director, including diary management and general communication.
  • Prepare documentation to support customers with new proposals, vehicle orders, and client updates.
  • Assist with expense management and other general duties to support the directors.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage a complex workload.
  • Experience in developing relationships with staff and customers.
  • Proven ability to manage diaries of senior leaders.
