Office Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Dawsongroup vans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales director, including diary management and communication.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, such as proposals, vehicle orders, and client updates.
- Assist with expense management and other general duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong telephone manner.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Outlook and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in developing strong relationships with staff and customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to manage complex and varied workloads, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
