Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, employers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of all processes.
- Identify, structure, and recommend vacancy and training solutions to meet the specific needs of customers and employers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records to ensure the customer journey is documented in accordance with our quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of specialist signposting services in the local area, including specific disabilities, housing, benefits, and other relevant areas.
- Meet personal performance targets, Key Performance Indicators, and all Quality and Compliance measures by delivering high-quality employability provision to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, Job Centre teams, and provisions and funding providers.
- Provide one-to-one support and coaching to individuals, with the ability to constructively challenge where needed.
Requirements:
- Experience of providing one-to-one support and coaching to individuals.
- Track record of performance and success in target-driven sales and customer or community-facing roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
