Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates in a competitive landscape
  • Identifying potential business opportunities and formulating strategic growth plans within a specialized market
  • Overseeing the recruitment process from interviews to placements and beyond
  • Securing new and exciting client accounts
  • Creating opportunities for both candidates and clients
  • Enhancing your personal brand and community presence in your sector

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should possess:

  • Experience in recruitment with a track record of success, preferably in the tech sector
  • Background in Business Development and Delivery
  • A process-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn

Salary: £27,500 - £50,000 + OTE + exceptional benefits
