About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and registered Nurse to join our team at Careline Lifestyles, a specialist provider of residential and nursing care for adults with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health needs, learning and complex physical disabilities.

As a Nurse, you will provide a high standard of direct nursing and holistic care to our service users, based on the assessment of care needs. You will develop the therapeutic relationship with service users to assess care needs, plan and implement, and review care plans and nursing interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medication reviews, ensuring all documentation is up to date and information is acted upon
  • Administer medication and ensure all documentation is accurate for each service user
  • Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and clinical areas
  • Play an active role in MDT meetings and work in collaboration with a wide-ranging team of professionals

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) qualification
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • NMC registration
