Job Title: Social Value Manager

Winner Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Value Manager to join our client, a leading FM Service Provider, in West London.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider business to develop and implement effective communications strategies, driving brand awareness and the organization's corporate image. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing communications campaigns to support the company's brand within the market
  • Writing and contributing to articles showcasing the company's people and capabilities
  • Engaging with internal staff, clients, project teams, and stakeholders to implement social value programs
  • Representing the company at relevant events and networking opportunities
  • Championing internal fundraising initiatives
  • Monitoring the company's external image and raising the profile around social value
  • Ensuring social value is consistent across the business and work streams
  • Providing social value training to staff as needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and corporate social responsibility
  • Good knowledge of various social media platforms and web technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate at all levels across a business
  • Proficiency in IT applications such as Microsoft suite, publisher, and design platforms
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to travel across London as required
