Sales Engineer for HVAC Solutions


**Job Title:** Sales Engineer for HVAC Solutions

**Compensation:** £25,000-£30,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

**Role Overview:**

This internal sales position focuses on promoting a diverse range of climate control products, including but not limited to: Chiller rentals, Boiler rentals, Portable Air Conditioning units, Air Handling solutions, and Pump rentals.

The role involves:

  • Engaging with industrial end users directly, as well as trade contractors such as M&E contractors, plumbing and heating specialists, refrigeration experts, and air conditioning service providers.
  • Providing essential support to the external sales team by processing customer orders, generating quotes through CRM systems, and managing administrative tasks.
  • Following established sales processes for simpler orders that you may have initiated.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.


**Typical Order Values:** £10,000-£20,000

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in internal sales, sales support, or a customer-facing role.
  • Preferably a background in HVAC products or the Mechanical & Electrical sector.
  • A degree or diploma in building services or engineering is advantageous.
  • Strong telephone communication skills and confidence in engaging with various business levels.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed and advance within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with Office applications.
