About the Role
As a Weekend Client Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care and support during weekends. You'll be responsible for delivering personalized care services, addressing client needs, and maintaining open communication with both clients and our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to our valued clients, assisting them with daily tasks and activities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from clients and our Care Professionals (CPs).
- Conduct introductions, competency assessments, and care certificate observations to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Offer support and guidance to our CPs during their weekend visits, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our electronic systems (EMars), reflecting daily tasks and client interactions.
- Conduct regular audits of daily tasks to ensure adherence to protocols and quality standards.
Who We're Looking For
We seek individuals with prior experience as Care Professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and seeking opportunities for growth. Your dedication to client well-being and your ability to work effectively within a team environment will be highly valued.
Our Service Area
You'll have the opportunity to serve clients in various locations, including Bromley, Orpington, Petts Wood, Chislehurst, West Wickham, and Beckenham.
Due to the nature of this role, you'll need reliable transportation to visit multiple clients over the weekend.
