Key Responsibilities of the Retail Operations Manager:

  • Enhance performance and retail sales throughout the store
  • Foster an environment that ensures an excellent customer experience
  • Manage store KPIs, including P&L and customer service audits
  • Ensure the team maintains up-to-date technical product knowledge
  • Report directly to the area manager

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • A strong passion for the outdoors is highly advantageous for this position
  • Previous retail experience at Supervisor, Concession Manager, or Assistant Manager level
  • Experience in managing KPIs and budgets to enhance store performance
  • Proven track record in driving sales and operational performance
  • Commercial awareness, including understanding market trends and competitor analysis
