Retail Store Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail Ltd. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
- Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Deputy Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
