**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Sanderson Design Group plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business units, ensuring that our employees are engaged, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law to managers and employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights that inform HR decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Implement and support comprehensive change management strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
