Our team is responsible for crafting cakes for weddings, croissants and pain au chocolate for breakfast meetings, afternoon tea for our members, and a variety of desserts for our famous Sunday Feast.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pastry chef to lead our team and drive the success of our pastry kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry production, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pastry kitchen team to deliver high-quality desserts and pastries to meet customer demands
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient production and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and delivery of pastry products

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior pastry chef role
