About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Restaurant Associates. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring that our high standards of quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Production: Plan, organize, and direct the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring that our reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all times.
  • Menu Planning: Drive sales through centrally driven menu planning and promotions, working closely with our preferred suppliers to source the finest ingredients.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Take responsibility for all aspects of food safety, health and safety, and COSHH, ensuring that our kitchen meets the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Culinary Skills: Excellent and innovative culinary and presentation skills, with a passion for using top-quality fresh ingredients.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage staff in a calm and inspirational manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Energetic and organized, with a passion for doing a great job and preventing wastage.
  • Team Player: A team player with excellent organization skills, numerate, and computer literate, with an understanding of financial drivers.
