The Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
The Housekeeping Supervisor invigorates and motivates the Housekeeping Team by cultivating a lively and positive work environment. They promote collaboration, lead shifts with passion, allocate tasks effectively, and provide training to empower each team member to deliver outstanding service. Your Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily Housekeeping Operations at Lost Shore Surf Resort.
- Leading the Housekeeping Team as a Supervisor.
- Ensuring a world-class visitor experience throughout the Resort, maintaining safety, hygiene, and legal compliance.
- Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this supervisory role involves collaboration with the Duty Manager Team.
Financial Goals: Work alongside the Housekeeping Manager to achieve budget objectives, optimize inventory and expenses, support resort-wide revenue targets, and ensure the team understands how their daily contributions impact our overall success while adhering to financial policies.
Guest Experience: Assist the Housekeeping Manager and Duty Manager Team in delivering exceptional quality and timely service, boosting visitor numbers, responding to feedback, and ensuring our team creates unforgettable experiences that encourage repeat visits.
Team Collaboration: Partner with the Housekeeping Manager to recruit top talent, inspire the team to exceed guest expectations, promote open communication, tackle challenges proactively, and ensure compliance with our people policies for a dynamic work atmosphere.
Operational Standards: Ensure the Housekeeping Team follows our Health and Safety protocols, maintains impeccable cleanliness and hygiene, supports incident management, and keeps precise records—all while fostering a safe and engaging environment for everyone.
