Accommodation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accommodation Supervisor to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Edinburgh Airport. As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and check guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Vacuum rooms and corridors to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient room status updates.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistent throughout the hotel.
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks to maintain the hotel's appearance.
• Restock and maintain trolleys on a daily basis to ensure efficient service.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures, including lost and found procedures.
• Report and log any rooms that do not require service.
• Be environmentally aware and dispose of waste accordingly.
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
