Accommodation Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Edinburgh Airport. As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
• Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
