Carbon60 is actively seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist, also referred to as a Customer Operations Advisor, to join a prominent engineering firm.

This role will be based in a dynamic environment where the Customer Operations Advisor will play a crucial role as part of the team, working directly within the client's facility in a beverage production and distribution setting.

Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the overnight stock management system is operational, then utilize the data to:
- Place stock orders
- Coordinate product orders and collaborate with the team
- Address supplier and customer inquiries
- Manage perpetual inventory

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in inventory management (including stock handling duties)
- Proficient in computer usage
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative in the workplace
- Familiarity with SAP is beneficial but not mandatory

Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Background in production, manufacturing, engineering, or warehouse environments
- Basic IT skills for desk-based tasks
- Strong communication abilities
