The Role: Interactive Ad Designer - Innovation

We are seeking a talented and passionate Interactive Ad Designer to join our dynamic Ad Innovation team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting cutting-edge ad units that captivate audiences and drive results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Develop responsive ad templates that seamlessly integrate design, layout, functionality, and custom event tracking.
  • Performance Optimization: Establish best practices for performance, speed, and scalability to ensure optimal ad delivery and user experience.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Ad Innovation Executive Director, Sr. Interactive Design Manager, and Project Management team to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Innovation & Ideation: Contribute to the development of new ad products and formats, pushing the boundaries of interactive advertising.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in design and ad product development.
  • Proficiency in Celtra or comparable interactive studio platforms, including template management and custom event tracking implementation.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in ad templates and UI/UX design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience working in a client-oriented environment, navigating complex projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
