About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Corporate Travel Management (CTM) UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders to drive new business growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our corporate client base
  • Maintain and develop existing business relationships to ensure continued growth and revenue
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 6+ years' experience in business development or sales, preferably in the corporate travel industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of full cycle sales, from lead to win
  • Experience of RFP processes
  • Understanding of corporate travel logistics
