Location: Unite Students Portsmouth

Compensation: £23,965 per annum (pro rata), plus bonus and benefits

Working Hours: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract, 37.5 hours per week. Client Engagement Associates will work 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 10pm, including weekends on a rota basis.

Whether assisting a student who is locked out of their accommodation, suggesting local dining options, or organizing community events, the role of Client Engagement Associate offers a diverse range of responsibilities. No two days will be alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a friendly and professional front-of-house reception service
  • Conducting property viewings, inspections, and facilitating sales discussions
  • Planning and executing events for our student community

Candidate Profile:

  • A compassionate and approachable individual with a positive demeanor
  • Exceptional communication skills; you will engage with students and address their inquiries
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
