About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Lead Cluster Pharmacy Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and lead on projects to improve and develop our pharmacy services, aligning with our service objectives.
  • Support the education and training of our staff, working closely with our education and training team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve medicines management and medication review within our GP and CH&SC teams.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to achieve our service objectives and improve patient outcomes.
