Job Opportunity: Clinical Pharmacy Technician

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Stobhill Hospital. As a Clinical Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the expansion of our mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to provide accurate and efficient dispensing services.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new models of integrated pharmacy care within the wards.
  • Contribute to the education and training of pharmacy staff and students.
  • Support the Lead Pharmacy Technician in the management of the pharmacy department.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a pharmacy technician.
  • At least 2 years of post-registration experience in a hospital setting.
  • Accredited dispensary accuracy checking qualification.
  • Strong interest in mental health practice (desirable).
