About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Coach to join our team and work with various multi-functional teams to visit learners in their workplace. As a Vehicle Mechanic Apprenticeship Coach, you will utilize your vocational experience and knowledge in vehicle engineering to deliver learning, coach, and assess learners to achieve their apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver learning and coaching to learners in their workplace
- Assess and support learners to achieve their apprenticeship
- Work with various multi-functional teams to achieve team goals
- Utilize vocational experience and knowledge in vehicle engineering to inform coaching and assessment
Requirements:
- Relevant industry-related qualification (minimum of level 3)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an industry environment
- Demonstrates a high level of organisational skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment
- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/Education & Training
