Key Responsibilities:- Work alongside the Core Assembly Manager and Team Leaders to ensure smooth operation of the engine build line.
- Assist in the lifting and moving of components and engines into lorries or C store warehousing.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing Health, Safety, and Environmental principles.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall operational excellence.
- Take on additional duties that contribute to the performance of the line.
- Strong safety and quality-driven mindset.
- A proactive nature with a collaborative teamwork approach.
- Experience with lifting and slinging, cranes, and other lifting machinery (onsite refresh training will be provided).
- Current Driving Licence with less than 6 points.
- Be part of a dynamic manufacturing team that values safety and quality.
