Role Overview: As a key member of the Service Team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support and customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth operations within the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries both in person and over the phone.
  • Generate invoices for completed services, manage job cards, and process payments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records through scanning and filing of essential documents.
  • Resolve queries from customers and suppliers, including the procurement of order numbers.
  • Collaborate with service engineers to gather necessary information and relay job details as required.

Working Hours: This position operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a dealership or workshop setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail along with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a flexible approach to meet business needs.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • A professional and personable demeanor.

Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Kerridge (Keyloop) is advantageous, though training will be provided for the right candidate.
