About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee our operations in the Kent region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement housing developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Lodge Managers to ensure excellent customer service and targeted profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with external landlords and residents
- Control expenditure, produce budgets, and accounts for presentation to lessees
- Negotiate with contractors and oversee their performance
- Support team development, carry out performance reviews, and lead on recruitment processes
About You
We are looking for a confident, friendly, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience in property management. You will be able to handle conflict, problem-solve, and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A good working knowledge of leasehold property management and building structures is advantageous.
