We are seeking a seasoned claims professional with extensive experience in FINPRO lines to join our team at Liberty Specialty Markets. As a FINPRO Claims Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering a first-class claims handling service to our clients.
About the Department & Team:Our Claims department handles claims through all stages, from initial notification to conclusion. The FINPRO Claims team handles claims across multiple classes of business, including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions, and Cyber/IP.
Key Responsibilities:- Working closely with the Head of FINPRO Claims and FINPRO Claims Managers to proactively manage a cross-section of FINPRO claims.
- Co-responsibility for the management of a team of up to 13 claims professionals, with direct oversight of a smaller group from both a technical and people management perspective.
- Ensuring claims are triaged appropriately and handled in accordance with the LSM Claims Charter/Code of Conduct and Claims Guidelines.
- Liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the claim.
- Contributing to the business' thought leadership and developing new ideas to support LSM's underwriting and claims strategies.
