Media Planning Director

As a Media Planning Director at RocketMill, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' media strategies and driving successful campaign outcomes. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive media plans that align with client goals, target audiences, and market trends.

Your Responsibilities
  • Strategic Insight: Dive deep into client businesses to understand their objectives, target markets, and competitive landscapes.
  • Media Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of various media channels (search, social, display, etc.) to craft effective cross-channel strategies.
  • Plan Development: Create detailed media plans that outline channel allocation, budget distribution, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to ensure seamless integration of media activations with campaign concepts.
  • Client Leadership: Present your strategic recommendations and insights to senior client stakeholders, building strong relationships based on trust and transparency.
  • Innovation & Growth: Continuously explore new media trends and technologies to enhance our service offerings and deliver cutting-edge solutions for clients.
Your Skills
  • Proven experience in developing and executing cross-channel media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of analytics platforms and the ability to interpret data to measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.
  • A data-driven mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
