We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at BET365. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Monitor and manage all facilities-related mailboxes, CAFM systems, and booking systems to support our 24/7 business operation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our facilities teams, including managing a fleet of pool vehicles, booking and managing electric charging, and completing end-to-end ownership of high-priority jobs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with internal departments and external partners, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements
