Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team in Bristol, responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality chilled sauces and soups. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, operating production lines, and contributing to the overall success of our food manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the production area
  • Operate production lines, including machinery and automated plant equipment
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of initiatives to improve health and safety, quality, and operating processes
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve production targets and deadlines
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Good level of English and maths
  • Ability to work a 4 on 4 off days/nights shift pattern, including some weekends
  • Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Basic understanding of health and safety and food hygiene (training will be provided)
