Production Operative Role

We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team in Bristol, where we are the UK's leading producer of Chilled Sauces & Soups. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 24/7 food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality in our production areas
  • Operate and maintain innovative machinery and automated plant equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve production targets
  • Identify and champion initiatives to improve health and safety, quality, and operating processes
Requirements
  • Good level of English and Maths
  • Able to work a 4 on 4 off Days - 6:00am-6:00pm
  • Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
  • Good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
