Our Bristol Site

Our Bristol site is the UK's leading producer of Chilled Sauces & Soups, supplying over 37% of the UK's chilled sauces and 20% of the country's chilled soups to Sainsburys and Asda.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team in a fast-moving food manufacturing environment. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, operating production lines, and working with innovative machinery and automated plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the production area
  • Operate production lines and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work with a team to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Identify and champion initiatives to improve health and safety, quality, and operating processes
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Good level of English and Maths
  • Able to work a 4 on 4 off days schedule, 6:00am-6:00pm
  • Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Able to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
  • Good attention to detail with a focus on Quality and Health & Safety
  • Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities
  • Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively
