Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead your team by example to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-12 months of supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve conflicts and problems in a fair and timely manner.
