We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manufacturing Team Lead to join our team at Brooklyn Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15-30 staff in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on electrical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement activities through SQCDP
- Build relationships with assigned customers
- Keep customers updated on timescales and issues
- Ensure Health and Safety measures are adhered to
- Deal with quality concerns
- Record downtime and find ways to limit it
- Reward team performance
- Highlight areas of coaching that need addressing

Working Hours:
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm.

Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader or Shift Supervisor with a background in electrical manufacturing.
